Layup Tools, Dies, and Fixtures

Rapid manufacturing of large-scale composite layup tools and metal working dies can offer significant lead-time reduction and can lower tooling costs. Technology scales to any size and produces metallurgically stable and homogenous tools with 60% less lead time.

Integrally Bladed Disk Repairs

Blade reconstruction and replacement is possible with localized geometry reconstruction, localized thermal treatment, and generating fatigue-enhanced wrought microstructures at the repair site. Both nickel and titanium alloys are available for individual blades and large and small engine integrally bladed disks.
